In this week’s gospel lesson (not coincidentally just after All Saints Sunday), Jesus and the Sadducees have a little disagreement about the idea of resurrection. This can bring up a lot of questions for us as readers. What will my resurrection look like? What will it feel like? Will I recognize my spouse, family, or friends?

Week after week Christians proudly profess “I believe in …the resurrection of the body.” But what does that really mean for the people of God? What will resurrection look like to you? What will resurrection feel like to you? Reply below with your comments (or email me if you’d prefer) — and I’ll weave the discussion into Sunday’s sermon.

Grace and peace,
Vicar Mark
